3/8 inch wide drawstring - 2 & 1/2 yards
1 & 1/2 inch wide elastic - 38 inches

2 - Print and cut
There are 3 printing options:

3 - Cut out the fabric pieces Learn how >
Seam and hem allowances are already included.
4 - Label your pieces
For clarity, we made the wrong side of our fabric darker.
5 - Hem the pocket
Use 3/4 inch hem allowance
We chose a single-fold hem and finished it with a double-needle topstitch What should I choose?
6 - Attach the pocket
Use 3/8 inch hem allowance
We chose to fold the edges and finished them with an edgestitch
7 - Sew the inseam seam
Use 3/8 inch seam allowance
We chose plain seams with a stretch stitch and finished them with an overcast stitch
8 - Sew the crotch seams
Use 3/8 inch seam allowance
We chose plain seams with a stretch stitch and finished them with an overcast stitch
9 - Sew the pocket seams
Use 1/4 inch seam allowance
We chose plain seams with a stretch stitch
10 - Sew the outseam & pocket seams
Use 3/8 inch seam allowance
We chose plain seams with a stretch stitch and finished them with an overcast stitch
11 - Sew the waistband seams
Use 3/8 inch seam allowance
We chose plain seams with a stretch stitch
12 - Sew the waistband seam
Use 3/8 inch seam allowance
We chose plain seams with a stretch stitch
13 - Insert the drawstring & elastic
14 - Finish the bottom
We chose to finish the edge with an overcast stitch and fold twice
15 - Do a little dance!
