Add Safety Pin to Elastic
Thread Elastic Through Hem
Overlap Elastic 1 inch and Stretch Stitch
Close the Gap
12 - Hem the Bottom
Overedge Stitch
Fold 3/4 inch
Double Needle Topstitch: 1/2 inch from Fold
13 - Finish the Neckband
Double Needle Topstitch: 1/8 inch from Seam
14 - Do a Little Dance!
